LICENSED REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT (York)

Licensed Real Estate Assistant, Kevin Yu Team Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Why this role Most assistant jobs start and end at admin. This one starts there. You will keep the back end of the business running clean. Files, listings, paperwork, calendar, client follow up. Hold that standard and the role opens up. You will sit close to real deal flow, learn the systems behind a top 1% agent in Canada, and pick up the moves that separate top producers from everyone else. Two years of experience required. License required. Hustle and curiosity are what get you hired. The role You will support daily operations across the business. The job spans listing coordination, deal processing, social media, CRM, and admin. You will also attend showings, inspections, open houses, and buyer visits on behalf of the team when needed. This is hands‑on and detail‑heavy. You will follow documented checklists and SOPs for each property type. The right person thrives in structured environments, is coachable, and takes ownership without being reminded. What you will do Listing coordination. Set up and launch each new listing from start to live. Folders, paperwork, vendors, photos, MLS, Broker Bay, website. Run open house logistics including flyers, signs, and Facebook events. Deal processing. Manage transactions from accepted offer to close on both sides. Track deposits, upload to SkySlope, draft client emails, complete forms, coordinate with lawyers, and prepare FINTRAC documents. Social media and marketing. Draft and schedule listing content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Working knowledge of social media required. CRM. Maintain client records and deal pipelines in Follow Up Boss. Calendar and scheduling. Manage my Google Calendar and the team listing calendar. Field work. Attend showings, inspections, and buyer visits on behalf of the team. Active Ontario license required. Communication and vendor coordination. Manage WhatsApp groups and coordinate vendors. Admin. General office and team admin support. What we are looking for Required Active Ontario real estate license, RECO registered 2+ years as a licensed realtor or real estate assistant Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace Experience with social media for real estate Ability to follow checklists and SOPs consistently Robust written communication Reliable, organized, able to manage multiple listings and transactions Coachable Preferred Experience with SkySlope, Broker Bay, Follow Up Boss, MLS, Geowarehouse Familiarity with Campsite, Creator Studio, CapCut Experience coordinating with stagers, photographers, and movers Lives in Toronto Tools SkySlope, Follow Up Boss, Broker Bay, MLS, Geowarehouse, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Campsite, Creator Studio, OpenPhone, Claude, ChatGPT.
