Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP) Specialist - Contract Opportunity Location: Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite) Pay Range: $93,600 - $103,792 annually Position Type: Long-Term Contract with Potential for Permanent Employment We are seeking an experienced RDSP Specialist to support the operation, training, and continuous improvement of a Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP). This role is ideal for professionals with technical experience in the transportation industry who enjoy data analysis, system support, and end-user training. Key Responsibilities Operate and support the Remote Diagnostic Service Platform (RDSP) Analyze, prepare, and deliver data-driven reports to support business objectives Provide end-user support and technical training to maximize platform adoption Develop training materials and documentation for RDSP users Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements Support multiple projects while ensuring high-quality service and communication Qualifications 3-5 years of technical experience within automotive, trucking, aviation, or related transportation industries Required experience with CAN (Controller Area Network) systems Previous training or instructor experience preferred Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license with a good driving record Physical & Work Requirements Onsite attendance required in Fountain Valley, CA Occasional travel to meetings and site visits Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed Ability to lift and carry light loads up to 20 pounds Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Pro Staff
