Staff Accountant

Hainesport, NJ | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

• Support general ledger activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close processes
• Complete balance sheet, bank, and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
• Support financial statement preparation and management reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting and operational matters
• Assist with audit preparation, bank reviews, and compliance activities
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of ERP and business systems

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and month-end close procedures
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working within an ERP or accounting software environment
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Hainesport, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
