Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineering initiatives across web, mobile, API, and end-to-end testing environments.
• Drive the transformation from manual testing processes to an automation-first quality engineering model.
• Build and execute a long-term QA automation strategy focused on scalability, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
• Establish and improve automation frameworks across web, mobile, API, and ecommerce platforms.
• Leverage AI-driven testing capabilities to improve test generation, test coverage, defect analysis, risk identification, and regression optimization.
• Define and implement quality metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure engineering effectiveness.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement continuous testing practices and automated quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive adoption of BDD, TDD, and other modern quality engineering methodologies.
• Mentor QA leaders, engineers, and automation specialists across onshore and offshore teams.
• Establish quality standards, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Support high-volume ecommerce customer experiences across web and mobile channels.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software quality assurance and quality engineering experience.
• 5+ years of QA leadership experience managing enterprise QA teams.
• Proven success leading automation transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale web and mobile applications.
• Hands-on expertise with modern automation frameworks and testing tools.
• Experience building automation strategies for:
  • Web applications
  • Mobile applications
  • APIs
  • End-to-end business workflows
• Experience implementing testing solutions within CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
