You will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions including 401k calculations, assisting in month-end closing, and other accounting duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and complex accounting activities, including the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records.Handle 401k calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Assist in the month-end closing process, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and analysis of financial data.Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline accounting processes and improve financial reporting.Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring all financial data is readily available and accurately reported.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.Demonstrated experience with 401k calculations and month-end closing procedures.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.If you are an experienced accounting professional who is eager to make a meaningful contribution to our organization, we would love to hear from you.
