Full-time W-2 employee. On-site, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Are you someone who takes pride in helping families protect what matters most? UF Resources is hiring a Member Services Coordinator to guide members through one of the most important steps a family can take - putting a solid estate plan in place. This is a phone-based role, but it's not a call center job. It's steady, structured, and genuinely meaningful work, built around helping people navigate wills, trusts, and estate settlement with confidence.

What you'll do:

• Guide members through their Assured Care benefits, explaining how estate planning protections work
• Connect members with a network attorney for will updates, trust changes, and estate settlement needs
• Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to confirm members understand their benefits and gather feedback
• Handle incoming calls and participate in outbound call campaigns focused on member education
• Resolve member questions with professionalism, patience, and care, especially during sensitive conversations about family and legacy planning

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of customer service or member-facing experience (legal, insurance, financial services, or estate planning background is a strong plus)
• A calm, patient, professional phone manner, comfortable discussing sensitive topics like wills and trusts
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
