Our team values safety, precision, and efficiency, and we're seeking a dedicated professional to help us continue this tradition of excellence.Position OverviewThe Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and fabrication operations to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and seamless logistics that support our service and installation teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives on organization, safety, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse and Sheet Fabrication Shop operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment.Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy.Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff while promoting a safe, positive, and productive environment.Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and Project Managers.Ensure the warehouse remains organized, compliant, and in line with OSHA safety standards.Oversee maintenance and safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and fabrication equipment.Manage tool distribution, recovery, and maintenance systems.Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy and shipping performance, and prepare management reports.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications3+ years of warehouse management or logistics experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, or distribution.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery.Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA safety standards.Familiarity with HVAC parts and equipment preferred.Valid driver's license required.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual salary: $65,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Company-match Simple IRA plan.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Apply TodayIf you're a hands-on leader with a passion for organization, teamwork, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
