Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our healthcare team in Oro Valley, Arizona. In this role, you will provide specialized physical therapy services to patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based treatment and support patients in achieving their health goals through personalized therapeutic interventions.Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniquesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs, goals, and clinical findingsImplement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and behavioral modification strategiesEducate patients on pelvic floor anatomy, dysfunction, and self-management techniques to promote long-term wellnessPrescribe and instruct patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health records systemMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomesCommunicate effectively with referring physicians and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient status and treatment recommendationsMaintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while working with patients on sensitive health mattersAdhere to all regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and organizational policiesQualifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or certification in pelvic floor physical therapy as required by Arizona training or certification in pelvic floor physical therapyDemonstrated expertise in assessing and treating pelvic floor dysfunction conditionsProficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systemsStrong knowledge of pelvic floor anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based treatment protocolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish therapeutic relationships and provide compassionate patient careDetail-oriented approach to clinical assessment and documentationExperience with manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescriptionKnowledge of women's health and men's health conditions related to pelvic floor dysfunctionAbility to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare teamPreferred experience with biofeedback or ultrasound technology in pelvic floor assessmentPreferred experience working with diverse patient populationsCommitment to continuing education and professional development in pelvic floor therapy What You'll Get:Compensation Range: $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE)Additional IncentivesRelocation Bonus availableSign-on bonus Therapist Incentive ProgramExcellent benefits package including 401k matching, health, dental, and generous paid time offContinuing educationClinical mentorshipCorporate discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Family-friendly work environmentRequirements: Must be licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Arizona (no restrictions or encumbrances) Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
