Essentia Health is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to support safe, healthy communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. In this role, you will assess injury risks, design and deliver evidence-based prevention programs, and collaborate with clinical and community partners to reduce falls, workplace injuries, and lifestyle-related incidents. You will analyze data, conduct trainings, and develop outreach materials.
