Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics is a modern transportation firm focused on quality service and driver satisfaction, offering flexible schedules across the New York City area. As a lease-purchase flatbed operator you'll run flatbed loads regionally and on longer lanes while working toward ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain flatbed equipment, performing pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance.
• Secure, tarp, and brace freight using proper load-securement techniques and DOT-compliant procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and accurate ELD/trip documentation.
