And since we're opening a brand-new hotel, you won't just join the team — you'll help shape it.From 11:00 pm–7:00 am, you'll blend basic audit responsibilities with front desk support to ensure our overnight shift is accurate, efficient, and guest-centric.As a Night Audit & Front Desk Agent, you will:Be a key part of the opening team of our brand-new TownePlace Suites by MarriottOwn the night shift (11 pm–7 am), running basic audit procedures that keep daily revenue, cash, and credit transactions balanced and in orderClose out the day with accuracy — including reviewing activity, preparing nightly reports, and verifying that everything ties outProvide overnight Front Desk support: welcoming late arrivals, handling check-ins/check-outs, answering phones, and assisting with guest needsMaintain a calm, professional presence that reinforces our brand's reputation for genuine service — day or nightTroubleshoot and solve problems with confidence, whether it's a billing question or a pillow request at 2 amWhat you bring:Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic math and audit tasksExcellent English communication skills — reading, writing, and speaking fluentlyConfidence using computers and various hotel software systemsThe ability to stay focused, organized, and upbeat during overnight hoursPhysical stamina to stand, move, and occasionally lift or move up to 20 poundsPerks of the night:A quieter work environment where your contributions are visible and valuedA chance to help launch a brand-new hotel and build processes from the ground upThe satisfaction of keeping both our books—and our guests—happyReady to help us open the doors, balance the books, and make nights memorable?
