Must-Have: Must be able to scrub outside of CVOR, specifically C-sections.

Description: Candidates living within proximity of the facility will be considered. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. The unit has 1 main CV operating room and 1 backup room. The average number of cases per day varies, with no more than 1 case per day typically. Common cases include CABG, valve surgeries, TAVR, VATS/thoracotomy, robotic lung procedures, and aneurism repairs. There is a team lead and house supervisor on staff. Shifts are self-scheduled by a team of 3. Weeknight call requirements vary depending on staff levels, with a total of 10-15 days of call monthly. Weekend call requirements also vary, with the same expectation of 10-15 days of call monthly. Holiday call requirements are rotated among the team. The call response time required is 30 minutes. Floating within the main operating room or outpatient surgery center may be necessary, but not to other sites. Scrubs are provided for use during shifts. Unit-specific orientation may last up to 1 week. The charting system used is Cerner.
