Seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Associate to support hiring across the US Public Sector, this full-time position will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview logistics, and partner with recruiters and hiring teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key responsibilities Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards Coordinate and manage logistics for all stages of the interview process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and interviewers Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced tech or operations environment Experience supporting Field Operations or technical roles Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems like Greenhouse Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating complex, multi-stage interviews Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate information
