IT Business Relationship ManagerThe IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as a strategic liaison between Information Technology and City departments, building strong partnerships to understand business needs, priorities, and challenges. This position works closely with department leadership and IT teams to identify technology opportunities, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities.The BRM facilitates technology planning, assists departments with developing technology roadmaps and business cases, coordinates and prioritizes technology requests, and guides initiatives through established IT governance processes.
