The Role

We are hiring an experienced and high-energy Showroom Sales Manager for our new Doral, FL showroom. You will be responsible for driving direct sales, host clients creating visually engaging showroom displays, and maintaining accurate inventory tracking. Our customers include event planners, venues, caterers, hospitality groups, restaurants, country clubs, and rental companies.

What You Will Do

• Design and update showroom layouts that reflect current event trends, including lounge, bar, and dining setups.
• Host walk-in clients and scheduled tours, lead product consultations, and close sales.
• Manage inbound inquiries from first contact through quote, negotiation, and signed order.
• Build long-term relationships with venues, planners, rental companies, and hospitality groups.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and showroom visitor goals.
• Keep floor samples clean, undamaged, and consistent with current inventory.
• Track showroom inventory and demo pieces, run monthly counts, and coordinate with the warehouse so displayed products are available to ship.
• Build and nurture long-term B2B relationships with South Florida event venues along with a mix of vertical commercial clients.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience. Showroom, hospitality, event rental, or furniture experience preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A strong eye for layout and presentation.
• Working knowledge of CRM, inventory, and floor planning software.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with moving furniture for displays.
