Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule:
- Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45-07:15)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years NICU experience in a Level 3 or 4 ICN
- Ventilator experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, NRP
- Experience with therapeutic hypothermia, nitric oxide administration, central line/UAC/UVC care, and tracheostomy care.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level 3/4 NICU setting.
- Monitor and assess the health status of patients and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate families on neonatal care and procedures.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: 24 hours
- RTO after booking is not allowed; candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.
- Auto-approved up to 7 days RTO (not on holidays); no RTO allowed during the first week.
- Scrubs: Navy blue or white.
