We are currently seeking a compassionate, motivated, and reliable Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team on a PRN basis. What You’ll Do Perform speech therapy evaluations and reassessments in patients’ homes. Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders. Treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and safety strategies. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Complete accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and Arizona regulations. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Strong communication and documentation skills.
