Part-Time HR Generalist - Payroll & People Advocate
Spectrum Eye Physicians
Spectrum Eye Physicians is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a substantial part-time schedule, primarily at our South Bay locations. The role covers employee relations, payroll processing via Rippling, onboarding, and compliance with California regulations.
You will support managers and act as an internal liaison with benefits brokers. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, payroll experience, and relevant certifications.
