Working in partnership with the Senior Director for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, this role focuses on implementing strategies that align with CAHP and UNMC enrollment goals, while expanding awareness of all 14+ programmatic offerings of the college. Ability to problem solve by critically evaluating alternative courses of action and arriving at solutions that are best for both the unit/ college and UNMC. Working knowledge of related technological resources/ software. Demonstrated style of participatory leadership that fosters a climate of respect and collegiality to include competency regarding: conflict management, supervision, mentoring and team building. Demonstrated understanding of regulatory framework and internal controls and ability to apply them within the business unit/college. Knowledge of when to elevate an issue to a supervisor. Preferred Education NA Preferred Experience 3-5 years experience in post-secondary academic setting; allied health or academic health center would be beneficial. Preferred License No Preferred Computer Applications Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook Preferred Other Computer Applications PeopleSoft, Canvas/Other course management application, Customer Relationship Management software Preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Computing skills including student information and personnel systems, financial aid accounting and budgeting systems, and database development and management, web development skills and Internet competency.
