Program Controls Analyst

To support the financial operations of government contracts, the full-time remote Program Controls Analyst IV will conduct financial analysis, maintain budget reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and track project profitability Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis and communicate risks related to cost overruns or under spending Monitor program costs and perform variance analysis, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company policies Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 8-10 years of experience in project controls or an equivalent combination of education and experience US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret security clearance Experience in WIP Accounting and Production Inventory Accounting Knowledge of government contract financials and the Defense industry
