Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Desert Ridge, AZ We provide a broad variety of treatment options, amazing clinical support teams, access to a national provider network, and a great work/life balance so that our providers can give their patients exceptional care. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and create care plans tailored to each patient. Provide advanced personalized therapies, including TMS and ketamine infusions. Manage medications, monitor effects, and adjust as needed. Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless care. Educate patients and families to support mental wellness. Qualifications Board certified PMHNP. Licensed, or willing to become licensed, in the state of the clinic location. Unencumbered DEA and clean criminal background. Must be a United States citizen or hold a green card. Benefits Earn $150,000 per year with the potential to earn over $300,000. Outpatient clinic with no on‑call responsibilities. 8:1 staff‑to‑provider ratio to reduce administrative work. Three scheduled 13‑hour shifts per week.
