Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients while ordering necessary diagnostic tests and creating personalized care plans
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses through collaboration with physicians or independently (based on credentials)
• Educate patients and their families about wellness, disease management, and preventive care
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with your scope of practice

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Essential Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a corresponding specialty
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
