Your Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or ongoing health issues either in partnership with physicians or independently (in line with credentialing)
• Educating patients and their families about wellness, prevention, and managing chronic illness
• Prescribing medications and therapies according to your practice parameters
• Participating actively in follow-ups and long-term care strategies
• Working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless, holistic patient care
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduated from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
