Job Description
- Definir e implementar a estratégia de negócios da operação nacional, alinhada às diretrizes regionais e globais.
- Gerenciar planejamento financeiro, orçamento, forecast e resultados da operação, com responsabilidade integral sobre P&L.
- Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, expansão de mercado e desenvolvimento de parcerias estratégicas.
- Liderar todas as operações locais, assegurando padrões de qualidade, segurança, compliance e eficiência operacional.
- Monitorar indicadores de desempenho financeiro e operacional, implementando ações corretivas quando necessário.
- Conduzir negociações comerciais, estratégias de precificação e iniciativas de retenção de clientes.
- Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com clientes estratégicos, parceiros e stakeholders relevantes do mercado.
- Atuar como principal ponto de escalonamento para temas críticos de clientes, garantindo resolução eficaz.
- Liderar, desenvolver e engajar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo cultura de alta performance, colaboração e accountability.
- Apoiar iniciativas de atração, desenvolvimento e sucessão de talentos em parceria com RH.
- Identificar, mitigar e monitorar riscos operacionais, financeiros e reputacionais do negócio.
The Successful Applicant
- Mais de 10 anos de experiência em posições de liderança, sendo ao menos 5 anos em funções executivas ou de gestão geral.
- Experiência comprovada em logística ou cadeia de suprimentos.
- Histórico de gestão de P&L e entrega consistente de resultados financeiros.
- Forte visão comercial, com experiência em crescimento de receita e desenvolvimento de negócios.
- Experiência liderando equipes multifuncionais em ambientes multinacionais e matriciais.
- Inglês fluente.
