We are seeking an experienced, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for a full-time contract assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role will be based in multiple buildings within the Oakridge school district, providing direct support to students with a variety of speech and language needs. The caseload is described as easy, with students exhibiting minimal behavioral challenges, allowing you to focus on therapeutic growth and progress.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active licensure in good standing to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
• Comfort supporting students across K-12 in multiple school buildings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide reference contacts or reference sheet (please submit with application or prior to interview)

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day Duties:

• Deliver in-person speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with educational teams and families
• Complete thorough evaluations and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff
• Support students across different grade levels and multiple school locations within the district
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
