Qualifications:

• Active, valid credentials to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including a current license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working in schools or with K-12 students strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt communication and therapy approaches for diverse student needs and multiple settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to providing inclusive, student-centered services

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across K-12 within multiple school buildings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, maintaining precise records and documentation
• Provide advice and strategies for staff and caregivers to support student communication
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative atmosphere
