This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in Civil Litigation discovery and research. This is a position that requires experience in Litigation discovery.

Scope of work:
1. Prepare and propound Form Interrogatories.
2. Prepare and propound Request for Admissions.
3. Prepare and propound Special Interrogatories.
4. Prepare and propound Request for Production of Documents.
5. Set schedule and monitor compliance with response deadlines for items 1-4 above.
6. Notice taking of depositions and scheduling thereof.
7. Responding to Form Interrogatories.
8. Responding to Request for Admissions
9. Responding to Special Interrogatories.
10. Responding to Request for Production of Documents.
11. Prepare Failure to Respond Letters.
12. Prepare Motions to Compel Further Response.
13. Research Case Law and Court Procedures.
14. Maintain Master Discovery Calendar.
15. Maintain Case Files and Case Management records

Job Requirements:
1. Litigation experience
2. Strong project management skills
3. Ability to work with tight deadlines

5. Strong attention to detail
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
