IT Director Opportunity | Strategic Technology Leadership Role PEG Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an IT Director for our respected nonprofit client, a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving others, to lead enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across a multi-site organization. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with executive leadership to align IT systems with business growth, scalability, and operational excellence. Key Focus Areas Enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, and network operations Cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and risk management ERP systems implementation and multi-site integrations E-commerce system performance and reliability (24/7 operations) IT vendor management, budgeting, and cost optimization Disaster recovery and business continuity planning Leading and developing a high-performing IT team What We’re Looking For A hands-on IT leader with strong technical depth, business acumen, and proven experience managing complex enterprise environments, large-scale systems, and cross-functional IT initiatives.
