Registered Nurse - Neonatal ICU (Day Shift) Location Cleveland, OH Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day shift with 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal ICU. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience, along with required certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP. This role involves performing complex assessments and interventions for high-risk newborns while working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates, including assessment, planning, and implementing nursing interventions. Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care. Communicate effectively with families to provide support and education. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience. Active Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN License required. Current certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP. Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation. Must have one professional reference from a manager or supervisor in the specialty applying for.
