Location: Lennox, SD - MUST BE WILLING TO DRIVE HERE!!
STAFF MUST BE SCENT FREE - no perfume, strong deoderant, lotions, laundry detergent, etc.

• Pay: $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Companionship: Engage in conversations, willingness to cook and make bread with client (they will give instructions)
• Support: Provide stand-by assistance with transfers and mobility, which may include lifting or supporting clients weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients adhere to their medication schedules.
• Errands & Housekeeping: Assist with running errands, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living space.
• Physical Assistance: Aid clients with daily living activities, which may involve lifting, bending, and reaching to assist with transfers, bathing, dressing, and other personal care tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D certificate preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of caregiving experience or relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, HCA, PCA preferred but not required).
• Transportation: Must have a valid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
