We're hiring Client Representatives to join our growing Cincinnati team ! This is a full-time, customer-facing position focused on building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers learn about products and services that fit their needs.

If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit. Whether your background is in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we welcome applicants from all experience levels.

No previous sales experience required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

• Meet and communicate with customers face-to-face
• Represent client products, services, and promotions professionally
• Answer questions and provide helpful product information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist with customer applications, purchases, and enrollments
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Build positive customer relationships
• Work alongside team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and team development

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable speaking with customers in person

• Availability to work full-time, including weekends when needed
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful, but not required

About the Position

- - This is an in-person, customer-facing opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our Client Representatives work directly with customers, provide product and service information, and help create a positive customer experience.
