Direct Support Professional (DSP) - $18-20/hr

As a  Hattie Larlham Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you are responsible for providing care to individuals with disabilities and will be the familiar face that is looked forward to each day.

We operate 24/7/365 and have part-time and full-time DSP positions available right now. Hattie Larlham needs caring and compassionate candidates like you to help us achieve our mission. 

Where can you find Hattie Larlham DSPs?

• Center for Children with Disabilities - Located in Mantua, the Center is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) where we care for 124 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). 
• Group Homes - We provide care to 8 adults at each of our 5 ICF group homes in Cuyahoga and Summit counties.
• Supported Living - We have multiple homes in Summit County and provide care to 3 or more adults living together in a home.
• Excel - With a Monday to Friday work schedule, we assist adults with disabilities at our day support programs and provide personal care, social activities, and field trips.
• Employment Services - Through our community partnerships, we provide work training and employment experience for people with I/DD.
