Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Verify billing data, ensuring all charges, credits, and adjustments are properly applied.
- Maintain and update customer accounts in the billing system.
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections when necessary.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.
- Generate billing reports and support month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Skills, Education & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting or Business preferred.
- Previous billing, accounting, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting or billing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
