Asist CFO in AR, AP. Order processing. Sales support.
- Process and manage sales orders for office equipment, accessories, consumables, and service contracts
- Check order details including pricing, configurations, leasing information, and delivery requirements
- Coordinate with sales, suppliers, warehouse, and service technicians to ensure smooth delivery and installation
- Prepare invoices, order confirmations, delivery notes, and related documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, installations, and basic service queries
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and equipment records in CRM and order management systems
- Provide general office administration support, including data entry, filing, and reporting
