We have two openings for Portable Toilet Sales Representatives. Commercial and noncommercial.

55-85k base plus unlimited commissions! Full comp can be as high as 135-200K plus!

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Portable Toilet Sales Representative to help grow our business and deliver exceptional service to customers throughout the region.

This is not your typical sales job. You'll spend most of your time building new business, developing customer relationships, and managing accountsbut you'll also get out in the field, support operations when needed, and see firsthand the impact your work has on customers every day.

What You'll Do

As a Portable Toilet Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving growth and delivering outstanding customer experience from the first phone call to project completion.

Sales & Customer Development

• Prospect and develop new commercial and residential customers.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close new business.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate rental schedules, deliveries, and service needs with operations.
• Represent River City Environmental professionally in the community and at customer job sites.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Field & Operational Support

• Deliver, service, and retrieve portable restroom units as business needs require (approximately 20% of the role).
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Assist with special events and emergency customer requests when needed.
• Support the team in providing timely, dependable service to customers.

Physical Requirements

This role includes both office-based sales activities and physically active field work. Candidates should be able to:

• Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday.
• Drive a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Lift, push, and pull 5075 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Move portable units using dollies or mechanical aids.
• Operate hoses, pumps, and tank equipment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and around active job sites.
• Wear required PPE, including gloves, boots, high-visibility gear, eye and hearing protection, and respirators when necessary.
