Director of Growth Marketing

Compensation: $200,000 Base Salary + Early-Stage Equity Package About the Role We are a high-growth, early-stage B2B SaaS startup seeking an ambitious, data-driven Director of Growth Marketing to serve as our founding growth and demand gen leader. As our first Growth Marketing hire , you will own our pipeline target and architect our growth engine from 0 to 1. You will be a multi-channel strategist and practitioner, directly designing and executing programs across Enterprise ABM, Paid Media, Organic Content/SEO, and Field Marketing to drive predictable, efficient revenue growth. Key Responsibilities (What You'll Build) Enterprise ABM Architecture: Design and execute high-touch 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM playbooks for target enterprise accounts. Activate intent data, build personalized landing experiences, and align closely with Sales/SDR teams to accelerate pipeline velocity. Paid Media & Performance Channels: Manage and scale paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn Ads, Search, Display, Capterra/G2). Drive qualified pipeline while continuously optimizing CAC, payback periods, and conversion rates. Organic Content & SEO Growth: Establish an organic growth engine. Partner with subject matter experts to produce SEO-optimized, high-intent content and thought leadership that captures target buyers. Field Marketing & Executive Events: Plan and execute targeted field marketing events, VIP dinners, roundtables, and key industry conference activations to engage enterprise decision-makers in high-value, face-to-face settings. Full-Funnel Analytics & MarTech: Own the growth tech stack, set up multi-touch attribution, track full-funnel conversion metrics, and rapidly iterate on experiments to scale revenue efficiently. Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Founding / Early Growth Leadership: You must have been a Founding Growth Marketer or Founding Marketing Team Member in an early-stage B2B SaaS startup environment. Early-Stage Scaling Track Record: Proven track record of scaling pipeline from scratch at the Seed or Series A stage with lean budgets and high velocity. Multi-Channel & ABM Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on expertise spanning Enterprise ABM, Paid Media, Organic Content/SEO, and Field Marketing. Player-Coach Mentality: Equally skilled at high-level strategy and rolling up your sleeves—ready to write ad copy, set up tracking, organize field dinners, and manage campaigns yourself. Location: Must be based in the United States (100% Remote, open to candidates in any US time zone).
