Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

MountainView Regional Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist and Nocturnist to join our inpatient and emergency coverage team. This role offers competitive pay, flexible employment options (W-2 or 1099), and the opportunity to practice in a well-supported hospital environment with strong physician and APP coverage. Position Highlights

• All shifts available: Days, mids, and nights
• Compensation: $70 - $90/hour
• W-2 option with full benefits available
• 1099 option available (no benefits; malpractice provided)
• Relocation assistance available
• Negotiable sign-on and tenure bonuses

Clinical Environment

• 24-hour NP/PA coverage
• 72-hour physician coverage daily
• EMR system: MEDHOST EDIS
• Located near El Paso

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current New Mexico NP license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently overnight
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Prior inpatient or emergency experience preferred
