Overview Muojicare Endocrinology, Weight Loss & Vitality Center is seeking a motivated and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner with wound care experience to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys managing complex chronic conditions while supporting patients through sustainable weight loss and improved metabolic health. Job Type: Full-time (Part-time may be considered). Location: On-site (Clinic-Based). Position Summary Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Wound Care Experience Preferred Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine conditions including Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, osteoporosis, and adrenal disorders Provide evidence-based weight loss and vitality care, including medication management and lifestyle counseling Perform and/or support wound assessments and management, particularly diabetic foot ulcers and chronic wounds (in collaboration with podiatry/wound care team as applicable) Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, CGM/pump downloads when applicable) and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide patient education on diabetes technology (CGM, insulin pumps), medication adherence, nutrition, and preventive care Document clinical encounters thoroughly and accurately in the EMR Coordinate care with internal departments and external specialists, and support continuity of care with timely follow-ups Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic workflow optimization Qualifications Required Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing (Family NP or Adult-Gerontology NP preferred) Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills in chronic disease management and patient counseling Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience in endocrinology (diabetes management, thyroid, obesity medicine) Experience in wound care, especially diabetic-related wounds Familiarity with CGM systems and insulin pump therapy Prior outpatient/clinic experience What We Offer Competitive salary: $80,000–$120,000/year based on experience Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth A patient-centered clinic culture focused on outcomes and long-term wellness Consistent clinic hours (details discussed during interview) How to Apply Updated resume/CV Brief cover letter (optional but encouraged) outlining your endocrinology and wound care experience Muojicare Endocrinology, Weight Loss & Vitality Center is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
