Drive-Thru Team Member Role
As a Drive-Thru Team Member at Chick-fil-A Florissant, you'll get to be the face of our brand for thousands of guests every week! You'll work both indoors and outdoors using our iPOS technology to take orders, serve meals, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Our Drive-Thru is fast-paced, high-energy, and fun and we're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving guests at all times of the day.
Job Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome each guest
- Assist guests with menu questions and options
- Accurately enter orders into iPOS and confirm details
- Clearly repeat orders back to ensure accuracy
- Communicate order totals and process payments
- Provide clear direction for the next step in the guest's journey
- Deliver meals promptly with genuine hospitality
