Regional Field Operations Manager

Urban Amtech is searching for a highly motivated Regional Field Operations Manager to provide direction, support, and leadership for all field operations within our alternative brands portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide on-going training, development, and leadership to the service, modernization and repair colleagues
• Responsible for the quality of all service and repair field operations for the operating area; inclusive of ensuring we have the appropriate allocation of resources to meet our customers' needs
• Investigate and resolve all critical customer issues
• Advocate for usage of digital tools and applications for our service, modernization and repair colleagues
• Lead process workshops and ensure strict adherence to service, modernization and repair processes
• Monitor field tests as well as first inspection and data reports
• Assess improvement opportunity patterns and determine solutions to ensure service, modernization and repair projects are completed to satisfaction and within reasonable timeframe

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator industry experience required
• Management experience required
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
• Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
• Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Work Location and Travel

• The ideal candidate will live in the Southwest United States, preferably near an office location.
• This role will require significant travel between branch locations and job sites
• This role is hybrid in nature, with minimal remote work opportunities; however, fully remote work is not available.

The salary range for this role is $155,000-$190,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
