Business Development Center Representative

We're building a brand-new Business Development Center and are looking for two outgoing, upbeat, and motivated individuals to join our team.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who enjoys talking to people, helping customers, and working in a goal-oriented environment. If you're ready to move beyond a traditional call center role and into a more relationship-focused sales position, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Qualify new sales leads
• Schedule appointments directly with sales representatives
• Learn our elevator, lift, and accessibility products
• Prospect to architects, builders, contractors, and other professionals
• Schedule sales meetings and Lunch & Learn presentations
• Follow up with prospective customers and leads
• Manage leads, appointments, and sales activity through our CRM
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Call center or contact center
• Customer service
• Inside sales
• Business development
• Appointment setting
• Lead generation
• Collections
• Outbound or inbound calling
• CRM or lead management systems

Direct elevator or accessibility-product experience is not required. We are more interested in finding candidates with the right personality, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
