START DATE: Immediately JOB QUALIFICATIONS Graduation from high school, preferably supplemented with college level coursework in business management, accounting, or related subjects and two years office related experience. Ability to process invoices, statements; perform data entry; Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access preferred. Maintain accurate data information and records utilizing the computer; report generation and reconciliation of accounts, reports and other data; Ability to answer questions and inquiries, provide specific information to applicants and district staff in a pleasant and courteous manner, correctly deal with emergencies, urgent calls and irate callers. Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and files. Ability to compose letters, memos, etc., from written and verbal instructions. Ability to research and organize data and create statistical reports. Ability to perform mathematical calculations correctly. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with district personnel and the public. Ability to deal with confidential information in a responsible manner.
