Human Resources Generalist

Our client in Southeast Houston (Clear Lake area) is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team on a full-time, direct-hire basis, offering a full benefits package and hybrid schedule!
Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, coordination, and offer support
- Process and manage multi-state payroll accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant employee experience
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions and ensure timely completion of all required documentation
- Administer employee benefits, including new hire enrollments and support during open enrollment periods
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions and support needs
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support workforce needs and employee engagement
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data
Qualifications
- 5+ years as an HR Generalist with experience in Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Benefits Administration
- Experience working in a large HRIS system; ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
- Extroverted, people-oriented personality with a passion for working across teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
