Receptionist (part-time)

The Front Desk Associate will welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for clients and families. Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors, offering assistance and directing them appropriately upon arrival. Inform staff members of scheduled appointments and escort guests to the corresponding rooms. Answer routine questions regarding services, products, and location directions. Notifies and involves management regarding any customer service or security concerns. Receive and process deceased belongings from families, following chain‑of‑custody procedures. Route incoming telephone calls to appropriate staff members and handle general office support duties. Maintain a comfortable client waiting area by providing beverages, disposing of trash, replacing tissues, and tidying furniture. Accept incoming mail and packages and keep organized electronic and paper records such as deeds and trust files. Perform light clerical tasks including typing, proofreading, data entry, and printing as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred. Proficiency in operating telephones, fax machines, and copiers. Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Clear, professional speaking voice and tone. Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact, and diplomacy. Schedule Saturday and Sunday only, 8am – 5pm. Ability to work beyond standard business hours, including weekends. Equal Opportunity Employer .
