Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg III Unit

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Med/Surg III Unit. In this role, the RN will provide safe and evidence-based care to a varied adult patient demographic, which includes individuals recovering from surgery as well as those with complex medical conditions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and manage wound care and IV therapies.
• Maintain precise documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within our patient-centered community hospital.

• Current RN licensure.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
