IT Generalist II: Tech Support & Systems Liaison
Florida International University
Florida International University is seeking an IT Generalist II to provide frontline support for faculty, students, and FIU Online Staff, resolving technology-related problems and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role interfaces with the Division of IT and FIU Online HR to manage access, onboarding, and hardware provisioning, while maintaining asset inventories and supporting deployment-life cycle tasks.
