Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 3 shifts per week, 36 scheduled hours per week. Start date: 08/03/2026, end date: 11/02/2026, duration: 13 weeks.
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, CRT/RRT (state license required). Weekend coverage: Every other.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
Previous charge experience required. Must have 2 years experience in specialty for all locations. (New Orleans operating room requires 3 years). Compact or LA license in hand upon submittal. All allied candidates booked with pending license must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing. Charge RNs are not acceptable. AHA certifications are required. AWHONN Intermediate is required for L&D RN. CPI required for all CNA. ER nurses must have CPI, or be able to get it before start. NURSYS reports for RNs must be sent with profile. Please ensure that the NURSYS is up to date (within 4 weeks of submission date). Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must be separated from Ochsner Health System for 1 full year before they can return as travel.
