RemX has an URGENT HIRE for Medical Back Office Case Workers

This is a high-volume administrative healthcare role

Location: Onsite Augusta, GA
Duration: 6-week contract
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Training/Work Hours: Mon-Fri10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Ideal Candidate Profile

Looking for candidates with experience supporting healthcare insurance operations , particularly from the Medicare/Medicaid payer (insurance company) side .

Must Have

✅ Healthcare or health insurance industry experience

✅ Experience with one or more of the following:

Member enrollment
Eligibility verification
Member maintenance/updates
Case processing
Back-office healthcare operations

✅ Strong data entry and accuracy

✅ Proficiency with:

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
HIPPA Compliance

✅ Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong attention to detail
