Technical Product Manager – Cloud & Managed Services Location: Hybrid / Phoenix, AZ Area Position Type: Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of enterprise cloud and managed services products. This role combines technical expertise, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions within a highly collaborative environment. The ideal candidate can bridge business and technical teams while driving innovation across cloud and managed service offerings. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and ongoing management of product roadmaps aligned with business objectives Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gap assessments to identify new opportunities Define product strategy and prioritize initiatives based on customer and business needs Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering, information security, design, sales, marketing, and vendor teams Drive implementation, launch, and lifecycle management activities Align technical delivery with customer outcomes and strategic goals Act as the voice of the customer (VoC) to shape product direction Translate customer feedback into product enhancements and new service capabilities Monitor adoption and product performance metrics to improve user experience and business value Technical Product Ownership Serve as Product Owner within Agile teams Create and manage: Acceptance criteria Product backlogs Ensure alignment with sprint goals, KPIs, and delivery timelines Industry & Technology Leadership Stay current on cloud, managed services, and data center technology trends Collaborate closely with technical teams to evaluate and implement innovative solutions Ensure compliance with data security standards and applicable regulations Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in technical product management and/or managed services Experience with cloud, hosting, datacenter, or critical infrastructure environments Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) required Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Product Management certification and/or PMP certification Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union environments Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and managed services operations Key Skills Technical and strategic analysis Cloud and managed services expertise Data center technologies and infrastructure Ideal Candidate Strategic thinker with strong technical depth Excellent collaborator and communicator Comfortable balancing customer needs with business priorities Passionate about innovation, cloud technologies, and product excellence Thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments #J-18808-Ljbffr CornerStone Staffing
