Senior Benefit Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Benefit Analyst in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage multi-million dollar health benefit budgets, analyze complex utilization data, and execute strategic health and tax-advantaged programs across North America. Key responsibilities Drive financial oversight and budget analytics for North American medical, dental, and vision programs, conducting audits and maintaining executive dashboards Direct administration of health and tax-advantaged plans, ensuring compliance and seamless execution across various vendors Craft strategic engagement communications to empower employees in maximizing their benefits and tax-advantaged accounts through targeted campaigns Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in benefits analysis, budget management, or plan administration within North American markets Strong knowledge of complex data analytics and advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionality Expertise in navigating North American healthcare nuances and compliance obligations Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with a team-first mindset Excellent project management skills to translate complex data into actionable communications
